About
The Upper Keys' metal roofing crew.
Built for salt and storm, honest about what your roof actually needs, and used to working on the water.
Roofing shaped by salt and storm
You can't roof in the Keys the way you roof on the mainland. Out here a roof lives in salt spray, sits under unfiltered island sun, and has to stand up to direct hurricane hits with some of the highest design wind speeds in the country. We build for that reality — marine-grade aluminum and standing-seam metal systems engineered to Monroe County wind code, on homes that sit feet from the water.
Made for this stretch of US-1
We work the Upper Keys — Key Largo, Tavernier, Islamorada, Plantation Key, Windley Key, Rock Harbor, and Ocean Reef, the MM 90–107 corridor. That means canal-front and oceanside homes, elevated stilt houses in the flood zones, conch and island-style houses, and the vacation rentals and second homes that line the highway. We've roofed all of it, and we know how the salt line changes the job.
What we do
Metal roof installation, replacement, and repair. Standing seam and marine-grade aluminum. Commercial metal roofs for resorts, dive shops, and waterfront businesses. Post-storm inspection and repair. All built to the Monroe County wind code with the product-approval documentation the county requires.
How we work
We answer the phone. We show up for the free reef-to-roof inspection. We tell you the truth — a repair if a repair will do, a replacement only when it's genuinely time. We write everything down in a line-item estimate, pull the Monroe County permits, and hand you photos and paperwork at the end. No scare tactics, no vague lump sums, no surprises — even if you're an absentee owner off the island.
